Free funky lounge music download

‘Wish’ was originally written as an intro to the album, and this funky lounge music has a mellow relaxing vibe with jazzy undertones, but no bridge or chorus. Comparable in style to some of the Beastie Boys more chilled tracks, I went on to write similar sounding songs on the 2010 album ‘Too ‘king funky‘.

The song gently meanders with a slow tempo, funky drum beat, mellow jazz guitar and laidback piano melody. It also features a gentle female vocal and a little bit of record scratching (I have to admit that I did go through a phase where I couldn’t mix anything without adding record scratching, jazz and blues included).

This funky lounge music, now available as a free album download, was written and produced on fairly rudimentary music software. The quality therefore isn’t up to the standards of my new albums, but hell, it’s a free music download, you can’t complain!
